Shipping policy

THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

1. Once your payment of Product has been confirmed by us, we will inform you of the delivery arrangements and indicative progress within five (5) business days following the date we confirm the payment.

2. Delivery period shall commence from the date we confirm your payment of the Product to the date the Product is delivered to you. Delivery period shall not include the period where a delay in delivery is due to any force majeure event or acts of God. In such event, the delivery deadline shall be postponed by the duration of the hindrance to performance, insofar as such events are relevant to our ability to deliver the Product

3. Prior to the delivery of the Product, you may choose to cancel your order at any time. Once the Product is already in transit, you may not change your delivery address or cancel your order. In the event of any returns or re-delivery due to your error in entering your address, any costs incurred in relation to returns and/or re-shipping will be borne by you.

4. In the event of (i) non-delivery due to unforeseeable operational disruptions such as strikes, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events, or (ii) Product that is lost in transit, we may reship the order to you once the following has been confirmed by us:

∙       You have not in fact received the Product; and

∙       The carrier has confirmed that the Product has been lost in transit.

5. Product that is delivered to you with obvious defects may be subject to return or exchange once we have confirmed and approved the return or exchange of such Product. In order to request for a refund or exchange of the Product, you shall provide relevant documentation to prove the Product’s obvious defects or other reasonable grounds for such refund or exchange. Once we have approved to provide you with a refund or exchange of the Product after reviewing relevant documentation, any costs associated with such refund or exchange, such as carrier fees, shall be borne by the Company.

6. In the event that you are required to return the Product to us upon our approval, we may provide you with necessary guidance and steps to return the Product.

7. Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the volume or weight of the Product and the distance between the shipping point of origin and the destination. Such delivery costs may be subject to change based on international air transportation charges.

8. You shall bear and pay any tax imposed or levied under the applicable laws of country of shipment which accrues or are incurred after the shipping of the Product.

9. In the event that the Product is returned back to us for any of the following reasons, we will notify you via e-mail or through other means and if we do not receive any instruction from you regarding the returned Product within three (3) months from the date we have first issued such notice, such Product will be in our possession or destroyed:

* Unknown address of the recipient, unknown recipient or other reasons owing to  recipient’s circumstances;

* Product does not pass customs clearance of the country of shipment or the country of shipment sends back the Product to the country of origin; or

* Any other reasons that is not attributable to us.

In the event you instruct us to re-ship the Product which was returned back to us, the carrier fees and other related costs associated with such return shall be borne by you.

10. If the Product arrives damaged, you may contact our customer service center and our customer service representative may be able to assist you.
